Eric, Service Manager, and Shane, BMW Very Experienced Tech, provide sustained outstanding service each time I have a need. Love the BMW Motorcycle technology, but I have proven time and again that I need a real PRO like Shane to perform all my my complex repairs and improvements to my K1600 GTL. Plus, Eric and Shane are a real pleasure to work with. Very approachable and are interested in my quality riding experience and getting back on the road. They especially offer up alternatives to optimize my cost. My bike is like Ferrari and Rolls Royce got together to make a motorcycle, and I only look to Wooly's, Eric and Shane to do ALL my service, repairs and upgrades.

When I went to take my 2014 in for service I had the feeling that if they had a new 2022 s 1000 I would be interested. When I saw it being checked out in the shop before it made the floor it was a no brainer!
Special thanks to Robyn and Wendell for putting the deal together and making it happen! And Eric and the service dept for swapping out my gps and getting me out quick! I recently purchased a 2021 BMW R 1250 GS Adventure in Triple Black. Mark Baker, in Sales, was awesome. He is very knowledgeable about the bike, and patiently answered all my questions. Not once did he ever pressure me to purchase the bike. It was one of the best buying experiences Ive ever had.When it came time to do the paperwork, Wendell, the Finance Manager was great. He explained all the options in an easy-to-understand manner, and even made the process enjoyable. It felt like I knew him for years, though we had just met.When it came time to add some accessories Mason, the Parts and Apparel Manager was there to assist. Being well-educated in all the parts and accessories for my bike, he provided great information, guidance and customer service. He is truly a pleasure to work with.When it was time to get some new apparel, I met with Jean-Marie. He provided excellent customer service. He is super knowledgeable about all the gear, and he gave me real-world advice. He has the patience of a saint, as I spent hours asking questions and trying on various gear. I've had the pleasure to purchase both a new motorcycle as well as riding gear from Wooly's recently, and I cannot be more pleased with the team at this dealership. Wooly's is the best dealership I have had the pressure dealing with. I had a small problem with the Bike and they work hard to solve the problem. Could not ask for better service. Eric Rossman and Bill Walls went way above and beyond on getting me back on the road after a recent battery issue while traveling from Texas to South Carolina. They were able to get me in and out within a few short hours when most dealerships would have had me waiting at least a day or two just to diagnose the problem. For my birthday, I recently bought myself a new Schuberth C-4 Helmut with the Schuberth SC1 Sound system and RC4 Volume controller ... as well as a backrest for my R1200GS. I have to acknowledge that Jean-Marie provided an outstanding, personalized customer experience. Jean-Marie listened to my desires, and while the particular helmut color/style was not available in the store, Jean-Marie searched the country to locate and obtain exactly what I wanted . Helmut is great. But the personalized service did not stop there. Jean-Marie, with a bit of assistance from Mason, went the extra mile and helped me pair the SC1 with my iPhone and the RC4 volume controller. Jean-Marie was very persistent and paid close attention to detail to achieve exactly what I wanted. And, Eric and Troy in Service were extremely responsive ... did not hesitate ... to put the backrest on my motorcycle. The entire Team work together extremely well to provide a great experience.

I ordered a premium Shoei NeotecII helmet from them back in February. Knowing it was not available yet ( Shoei) issues. The apparel salesman Jean-Marie Toussaint was outstanding keeping me informed of the availability of the helmet. I had some issues with the helmet Mr.Toussaint was on top of it by contacting Shoei. In which they wanted to see their flagship helmet issues so, it was shipped back to them to possibly rectify the issue asap I hope. Knowing Mr. Toussaint is handling the issue I have no repercussions that he will take care of me. Awesome customer service overall the entire dealership. Well done exemplemary customer service 101!
